The system connects to their Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint document library, and the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), enabling consultants to generate sourced, accurate answers to member inquiries in real time. The application uses a RAG architecture with a vector database, hosted on EU infrastructure to ensure full GDPR compliance. A continuous feedback loop refines relevance over time.
